A big thank you to all of our Sponsors!
RadioDanLLC : A business in Independence, Oregon. Each year they donate a percentage of their profits to a local non-profit organization. This year, they picked our project! Thank you so much for your generous gift.

Deering Banjos : Deering gave us a great deal on a goodtime openback banjo. Rather than the retail price of $499, they sold it to us at cost. It is the perfect banjo for this project. It's lightweight, comfortable to play and sounds so good. I had to give it a test run or 20 and it is
such a fun banjo to play!

D'addario : D'addario is going to donate strings, straps and electronic tuners for all of the banjos. I will get to go shopping in their spring catalog for these!

Dan Levenson and Mel Bay : Dan Levenson and Mel Bay are
partnering together to provide most of our instructional materials. They are donating a book for each student as well as an electronic copy of it to have on the computer at the school. They are also sending an instructional DVD. This will be perfect for the students to use to continue practicing and advancing their skills when I leave. Thank you both so much!

Reunion Blues Continental : Reunion Blues Continental donated 6 banjos cases. After watching their "drop test" videos on youtube, I knew these were the cases we needed. These should be able to withstand the "luggage gorillas" at the airports! They all have backpack straps on them so that will also make them easier to carry around, too.
